Please complete the form below to be added to our singing roster. Every singer - new and returning - is required to complete this online form.

Please note that all Credo rehearsals take place at the University of Texas at Dallas - PHY building, room 1.304.

GENERAL PARKING PASSES

ACCESSIBLE PARKING PASSES
Click HERE to download. These passes are for singers who have a valid permit to park in designated accessible spaces.

Permits are valid on Sundays only August-May and should be displayed in the front windshield.

Click HERE to be taken to a campus map with clear instructions on where to park and how to find the PHY building. We rehearse in room 1.304. Free parking is on floors 2 and higher. Accessible parking - with permit displayed - is on the ground floor.
